Fabric and Material 

Silver Marine promises our customers to use the top grade material and the most advanced technology available to meet demands for safety, dependability, performance and styling. At Silver Marine, every boat is built with exacting care, and inspected thoroughly. We make sure our internal quality control exceeds the standards of our competitors. 

Our PVC is imported from MEHLER H AKU (VALMEX brand) in Germany; our Hypalon material is FLIP (ORCA brand) from France.

MEHLER VALMEX FABRIC QUALITY - Siilver Marine inflatable boats are produced with MEHLER VALMEX farbic - a unique material for manufacturing high-quality inflatable boats. Four layers of PVC are combined with a polyester base fabric of high-strength 1100dtex yarn by melt-roller coating. Each layer gives flexibility, elasticity, air-tightness and resistance against mechanical damage to the material. VALMEX PVC fabric is wear and abrasion resistant, UV and dirt. Silver Marine boat offers 5 years of warranty on the MEHLER VALMEX fabric, assuring you our commitment to quality.

All Silver Marine boats are complied with EU and American Standards. Our boats are CE certified and meet the ISO-6185-1/2/3 standards.
