Captain 530 is now tested with very good results

We’re pleased to announce the newest Captain model – Captain 530 passed its final sea trial and is ready to be ordered by end of April, 2011.  

During the sea trial, speed, efficiency of new ideas and conceptions were under test. The boat takes Silver Marine’s classic Phoenix hull – 22 to 23 degree deep “V” hull but with a deeper boat body that gives an opportunity of nimble turn, light weight, smaller engine and satisfied speed performance.

Impressing performance

With 50hp engine, 2 persons and a lot equipment onboard, a top speed of 28 knots/h (52km/h) has reached! With 50hp engine and 6 persons, the boat demonstrates a safe and steady drive for about 23 knots/h (44km/h). When switched to the 90hp engine, the boat runs up to 33.5 knots/h (62km/h) for 2 and 30.7 knots/h (57km/h) for 6 passengers.
